With the large number of inquiries, we receive daily and due to the uniqueness of our programs, we require an application process. To get started, complete the “Wellness Application” and submit as soon as possible. Your application will be reviewed and considered for approval within 72 hours. After 72 hours, you will receive an email of acceptance and your next steps.
